About Me.
I am an British immigrant and have lived on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada for 17 years. Having been troubled with hormonal symptoms for most of my adult life this subject has been of interest to me for a long time. I have spent a lot of time studying, researching and trying different approaches to tackle my ongoing hormone fluctuations and this has only intensified as I wade through the ultimate time of perimenopause, menopause and post menopause. Working in the health care profession for the other "working" part of my life I also have a built in desire to help others along the way too. This inevitably led me to Hormone Coaching.
